This short video shows the Ala Moana Beach Park and the Ala Moana Shopping Center with close proximity of several popular Kakaako and Ala Moana condos.
Some of our favorite Kakaako condos visible in the front row location closest to the beach include: Hokua, .. Nauru Tower, .. and 1350 Ala Moana. These condos share the unique advantage of unobstructed ocean views with Hawaii’s biggest beach park right in front. Adjacent next door are: Koolani, .. and Hawaiki Tower.
The prominent high rise double towers of the Yacht Harbor Towers project are in the foreground and offer some of the finest ocean and sunset views. On top of the parking garage at the huge Ala Moana Shopping Center you can also spot the brand new, almost completed ‘One Ala Moana‘ project, as well as the Ala Moana Hotel Condo.
Construction just started on the brand new exciting ‘Park Lane Ala Moana‘ condo project. Look for several construction cranes at the ocean side of the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Stay tuned for future blog posts regarding the progress of this and other new construction condos.
