China Oceanwide Holdings has purchased the 5 remaining undeveloped ocean & beach-front lots in Ko Olina:
1) 2 parcels (23 acres) for $200M where they plan to develop 2 luxury hotels and 1 luxury condo (construction expected to start year 2017) and
2) 3 parcels (26 acres) for $280M with a vision to bring a $2BL Atlantis Resort, which would make it the most expensive resort ever developed.

Four Seasons Hotel Ko Olina opened May 2016. A 15 story 150 unit Residential Tower is expected to come at a future date with units in the $5M to $10M price range. 

About Ko Olina
Ko Olina real estate is off the map for most people taking their first look at real estate on Oahu. They overlook it, attracted by better known names like Waikiki or Kakaako.
