If you look at an overhead view of Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates, you'll instantly realize something amazing. This has to be one of the few golf course communities anywhere surrounded on 3 sides by fairways. It's an island in the middle of a duffer's dream.

The Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates are luxury properties, but in a more contemporary style than some of the other upscale Ko Olina homes. There are small touches, such as plantation shutters and peaked roofs that resemble the old Hawaii homes, but otherwise more current in appearance.
