About Kalama Kuu
The Kalama Kuu townhomes is the last townhome project on the eastern edge of Hawaii Kai, tucked back in Kalama Valley. The setting can only be called lush, surrounded as it is by the Hawaii Kai Golf Course and the Koko Crater Botanical Gardens. You've got green around you everywhere you turn your head.

This is also a residence famous for being close to some of the most magnetic golden sands and blue waters on this side of Oahu, better known as Sandy Beach. Drive directly south from your home and you're stepping onto this locally loved shoreline in minutes. It'll take you longer to find the right swimsuit than it will to get to Sandy's.

The Kalama Kuu townhome you'll be searching through for that swimsuit will have from 1,085 to 1,782 sq ft, but no matter what size floor plan, your unit is guaranteed to have a large lanai. Back in the valley, where the evenings are quiet and cool, you'll find that outdoor space to be your own little paradise. It's not too bad in the daytime, either.

Most units have a one-car enclosed garage to keep your ride out of the elements plus some have an additional uncovered stall as well. The proximity of the golf course means that there's a good chance you'll even have a view right out at the emerald stretches of the fairways to drink in whenever you require a soothing break from the day.

Living in Kalama Kuu can be a dramatically different Hawaii Kai experience, since you're past Hanauma Bay, safely beyond the much busier, and built up, activity of the marina area. On this side of the district you're inhabiting a part of Honolulu that retains a piece of Old Hawaii, with coastline that hasn't one sign of development. It's a way to return to a quieter time, but without losing any modern conveniences. It's not so much the best of both worlds as it is the best of both eras.
