Mariners Ridge is one of Hawaii Kai’s exclusive hilltop neighborhoods. It’s perched along one of the ridges that make up the Koolau Mountain range, offering residents incredible views from almost every lot. Access to Mariners Ridge is easy. From Hawaii Kai Drive, turn onto Kaluanui Road. This is the neighborhood’s main road and it takes you right to the top of the ridge. Smaller roads and cul-de-sacs turn off of Kaluanui. leading to even more peaceful areas of this already quiet neighborhood.

The lower section of the neighborhood was developed in the 1970s and the upper, more affluent, section was developed in the early 1980s. Houses in lower Mariners Ridge were built using a selection of floor plans that incorporated the ridge’s landscape. All of the homes in upper Mariners Ridge, however, were custom designed and built.
