It's a drive of a very few minutes to Safeway and Times Supermarket, Long's and Walgreen's and the live entertainment hub of Blaisdell Center. Your commute Downtown is a fast trip as well, done in only a few more minutes than the errands above.

Though still relatively young as a condominium, 968 Spencer seems to have got it right. Great location in a desirable neighborhood that's close to everything and some beautiful views to boot. That should put it on the list of any home buyer.
