The Ohualani condos stand right on the corner that Ohua St shares with the Ala Wai Blvd, the fastest way to head west across Waikiki. From here, you gaze directly across the canal at the Ala Wai Golf Course clubhouse, making this an easy to find building.
That positioning provides wonderfully open vistas of the golf course as well as the canal itself from the lanais on the back of the residence. One advantage the Ohualani has here is that it's immediate neighbor on the lanai side is a two-story home, while the structure to your south is a low-rise walk-up. Unlike a lot of Waikiki condos you're not looking out directly at the side of the building next to you.
Your front windows look out on the canal as well, from a slight angle, though those on the north side of the building have a view right out onto it from the side.
All units are 2BRs with 845 sq ft contained within them as well as a good-sized lanai that increases your total space by 137 more sq ft. The one exception is the penthouse, a 3BR residence with 1,359 sq ft in it.
