About Seaside Towers
You might just miss the Seaside Towers, walking right by it without realizing. That's because it's set back nicely from the street. Visitors walk up a garden lined path that leads up to the 16 story residence, making it a more inviting presence on this avenue.

The 126 homes within are divided up into 3 floor plans of 1BR/1BA with 624, 680 and 732 sq ft. There are no lanais on these residences, making them strictly interior layouts.

The views from your windows take in the waters of the Ala Wai Canal, with the golf course and finally the Koolau Mountains beyond it, plus the Waikiki city lights and action going on around you.

Reaching the beach takes only a few minutes, a walk of just 2 ½ or 3 blocks, right to the sands in front of the iconic Royal Hawaiian Hotel. If something more land-based is called for, like shopping or dining, Kuhio Avenue is ½ block from home and Kalakaua Ave just one block more.

The condos are mostly fee simple, but there are still a few leasehold units, the lease expiring in 2020.

Though the Seaside Towers sit back from the road, one thing is clear – it is a property that should not be overlooked by any discerning homebuyer.
