About Waikiki Marina Condominium
The Waikiki Marina is a tall, skinny condotel close to Ala Mona Beach Park and Ala Moana Center, managed by Aqua Hotels. Originally the Waikiki Marina was strictly a hotel, but today the building is primarily comprised of studio condos, though there are still units operating as hotel rooms. Most of these condos are Fee Simple. The lease on all Leasehold units here expires in 2048. The building features just four units on each floor, all are studios, and all face the ocean. 

There is community laundry on the 3rd & 4th floor: 5-washers, 6-dryers total.

The Waikiki Marina is all about location and the excellent amenities, which are available to all residents. Enjoy resort living here with on-site amenities including a pool, whirlpool, tennis court, BBQ and assigned parking for each unit. A resident manager is available to address any concerns or problems that may arise. There’s also a coin-operated laundromat in the building. The great location means you’re in walking distance to more shopping and dining options than you can count and across the street from the Ala Wai Boat Harbor and Yacht Club. Close enough to get to the bustle and nightlife in central Waikiki quickly and easily, but removed enough that you can decide when you want to be in the middle of it and when you’d like a little peace and quiet.

While these condos are fairly small, they are a great investment, for first-time buyers, those in the market for a vacation property, or buyers looking for a place they can rent out. Besides the great location, each unit features a full kitchen, window A/C unit, and from the higher floors, expansive views of the ocean and Oahu’s South Shore. The ride in the two glass elevators offers stunning ocean views as well.  And to ensure residents’ comfort and safety, the Waikiki Marina is a secure building. There’s a security guard and the elevators and parking garage both require a keycard.

If you’re looking to get your feet wet in the Waikiki real estate market, the Waikiki Marina should be a top contender. For one thing, the smaller size means you’re looking at a lower price point. But with the amenities galore and the Waikiki location, these condos can be very enticing.
