About Waipuna
The Waipuna condo is an easy place to call home. These Waikiki condos have as many as four bedrooms and many of the popular 2 and 3 BR units have 2 baths, so a family can live here comfortably. You can get outside within the complex to swim, barbecue, practice your putting or play tennis on the recreation deck, take a walk through the garden, or let your dog expend some energy at the dog run. In your unit, great cross ventilation and window A/C will keep you cool. And relaxing on your lanai will happen naturally. Every unit features a spacious lanai that overlooks the garden and pond, with its swans and ducks. Lanais are protected from the wind and, because they are positioned over Waipuna’s garden and not Waikiki, they are a quiet, peaceful place to spend time.

The Waipuna is a classic, well-managed and well-maintained residential Waikiki condo with historically low maintenance fees. Units are almost entirely Fee Simple, although a few remain Leasehold. The majority of the units come with one parking stall, but some include two stalls. The garage features plenty of guest parking, which isn’t standard in Waikiki. This is a secure building with a resident manager and 24-hour security. In addition, all guests must register at the reception desk. Each unit has an entry phone to allow their guests into the building easily.

Most of the condos are average in size (many 2 BRs are just under 1,000 sq ft), but there are definitely larger, prime units. Those in the -01 and -12 stacks are large 3 BR, 3 bath corner end units, measuring 1,249 sq ft and featuring a 150 sq ft lanai. The top 3 floors house the largest, most spacious units, which measure between 1,600 and 2,500 sq ft and feature incredibly large lanais (in the 4400 – 800 sq ft range).

Located in a quiet area close to Ala Moana, with a variety of floor plans, amenities and features that go above and beyond many Waikiki condos, it can be very easy to settle in and make your home at the Waipuna.
