About Kuilima & Turtle Bay Real Estate
Resort living on Oahu did not start with Ko Olina. It was Turtle Bay that pioneered this style of residential real estate long before. First opened in the 1970's, residents could now live not just near a resort, and all its amenities, but on the grounds itself.

Kuilima Estates
The first results of this were the Kuilima Estates. The two sections, East & West, are easily located by what side of Kuilima Road each sits on. West was completed first, in 1973, with East following two years later in 1975.

The communities have their own private amenities, including 5 swimming pools, two tennis courts and outdoor pavilions for parties and barbecues. You can also walk to the beach easily from home, one of the prime reasons for living on the North Shore. Lounging on the sand or big wave watching, it's mere minutes away.
