About Waipio Gentry Condos & Townhomes
Waipio Gentry condos are located in one of those areas that's only starting to create its history as a community. Like other nearby neighborhoods, it sprang up from the ashes of the plantations that once occupied these lands just north of Waikele.

Practically every single one of the condos in this area were built in the 1980's and 90's during the flurry of construction that took place as development surged. Some things weren't wiped out in the process, however.
