  3. We will come up with a listing price proposal, which depends on how quickly you must  sell. We are working for you and we have all the patience and endurance you need from us.   
  4. Before signing a listing agreement with us, we will  email you a marketing proposal, outlining exactly what we will do for you. You can at this stage ask questions, ask for adjustments or agree to our plan. After listing your property, we will give you updates weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your preference. In this way you can hold us accountable for our promises.
