About Moorings The name alone - Moorings - should tell you this is one of those Hawaii Kai townhomes that's right on the marina. Then again, it's not so much on it, as in it. The Moorings townhomes sit on a small peninsula, connected to Hawaii Kai Drive, with waters on the other 3 sides. In fact, coming from town, it's the very first left off that street. The entire peninsula is taken up by The Moorings, so you have a private community here, just you and your fellow residents.
These townhomes are definitely geared to water lovers. 54 of the units are right on it, so buying here is almost certainly your ticket to a direct view of the marina. As expected, you can pull up your boat just outside your home and tie it up there. Ready for trips to the ocean or even some of the local shopping and dining places that cater to boaters.
