With the announcements of the new Kakaako condos for sale, more than a few interested buyers have experienced sticker shock. The units are often well out of the range of the average shopper. These benefits will only multiply in the years to come as the project proceeds and fulfills the planned additions of so many other dining and shopping options, all of which you will walk to just as easily.
