A good place are the very high ceilings, most measuring 12 ft, with some extending to 15 and even 19 ft high! You have a true feeling of freedom and openness that you won't get almost at any other condo in Honolulu. This also helps by cooling your condo quicker since hot air rises, though the central air conditioning certainly does its job, too.
Some units have curved walls in the living room area to increase the floor space there, while other have a complete glass wall between the master bedroom and the living room. The bottom area of the wall is frosted so the bedroom is safe from prying eyes. The kitchens have the best in appliances from names like Bosch, Wolf and Sub-Zero. In your bathrooms? Jet-spa bathtubs!
Although a luxury Waikiki residence, this face some hurdles just getting made. Begun during the building boom of the early 2000's, the developer had a tough time getting the labor needed to work on the site. Due to this shortage of workers, the Loft at Waikiki wasn't finished until 2008, several years later than planned.
