Everyone knows the Royal Aloha condos – it's the building with the whale mural going up all 16 floors on its Kalakaua Ave side. Hard to miss that. This large structure has 2 wings, one whose units face out on the Ala Wai Canal, the other with the units fronting McCully Ave, gazing out west toward the city.

Owners here often utilize their property as vacation condos to take advantage of that market, which is only growing in demand.
