Updates on Waiea Waiea completed November 17, 2016 for all buyers of tower units up to the 31st floor. Construction on level 32 - 36 & Villas 2 - 5 is expected to complete December and construction on Villas 1 & 6 is expected to complete early 2017. World renowned Japanese restaurant Nobu will move from its current Waikiki location to Waiea December 2016 and will occupy ~10,000sqf total (8,000sqf interior + 2,000sqf outdoor).
