There are very few large 4-bedroom Hawaii Kai marina front townhomes available that will also accommodate a small boat moored just outside your living room. The Colony Marina project on Keokea Pl is known to be one of the few that fits the bill. The project is also known to have a reasonable low maintenance fee considering the large size of the units.
