About 1011 Prospect
1011 Prospect is a deceptive name. In reality, this Punchbowl condo community is made up of two towers, the second at 1013 Prospect. Yet residents in that second structure still live officially in the '1011 Prospect'.

The pair form a right angle together just across the street from the slopes of Punchbowl itself, putting it toward the back of that section of the neighborhood.

Every residence is a 1BR/1BA, but each can be one of the ten floor plans available in the buildings:

583,  599, 600, 688, 690, 697, 713, 743, 804 and 841 sq ft interiors

Lanai spaces are substantial, with a low of 105 sq ft to as much as 221 sq ft. In some cases that space is spread out over two lanais, giving you different viewpoints to enjoy. More than a few units have enclosed some or all of that outside space to make larger interiors.

From this higher ground here your views extend to Diamond Head, up to the Koolau Mountains, the city lights and, from higher levels, the Pacific Ocean. There's even a tradition on some floors of coming out to the open-air hallway to watch the Friday Night Fireworks.
