Designed by Chicago-based Solomon Cordwell Buenz in a collaboration with Honolulu based Ben Woo Architects - the ladder firm was also involved in the Hokua project. Anaha is expected to become a first class luxury condo, in a prime location within the Kakaako neighborhood, part of Ward Village's 1st phase. The location is set 1 block away from Ala Moana Blvd, which means, if / when Howard Hughes completes their master plan of re-developing Ward Village, all condo units in Anaha are expected to have ocean views obstructured to varying degrees.
