Here on the eastern side of Moiliili, there is a rough triangle formed by King St, University Ave and Kapiolani Blvd. 3 streets significant for where they can get you and also for what's on them. For now, if we look in the center of this triangle you will find Parkland Gardens.

There the 15 floor tower stands, with 96 residences, 719 sq ft inside each of them that contains 2BR/1BA. Every one of the condos has a lanai also, with 71 sq ft more out in the Hawaii tropical air.

The Koolau Mountains emerald peaks, the lights of Honolulu that shine every evening and an enviable angle that can give you almost every inch of world-famous Diamond Head are views Parkland Gardens residents savor from home.

Down on the ground level you can cross the road to something very special. There sits your tennis court, surrounded on every side by tropical plants and trees. Next to it is the bbq and picnic area, equally embraced by greenery, with its own gazebo for relaxing with loved ones. These features are wonderfully unique, standing alone, yet fully part of the building.

Another part of the building experience is quick, easy access to the highway. You can get on H1W a few blocks up on University Ave and H1E might be even closer, with it's entrance off of
King St. Both are within 2 or 3 minutes drive.

The 3 streets of that surrounding triangle – King, University & Kapiolani – all have bus stops you can walk to, giving you another choice for getting to work Downtown or just getting around in general.

Walking also can take you to resources like Market City's Foodland & Walgreens, Longs and Puck's Alley up on King St or down to Ala Wai Community Park's walking/jogging trail, dog park playground and sports fields.

One aspect we should note is that the building does overlook Moiliili Japanese Cemetery. For some that may be a more important point than for others in their choice of home. For most, Parkland Gardens remain a solid option, earned by the views, conveniences and amenities that make it truly stand out.
