About Launani Valley
There's a 3rd Mililani neighborhood? Everybody knows Mililani Town and Mililani Mauka. But what about the community that completes the trio – Launani Valley?

What you might know as the area around the Mililani Tech Park isn't so much overlooked real estate, as it is unknown. Immediately north of Mauka, Launani Valley isn't your ordinary Central Oahu neighborhood.

First, it's amazingly removed, even for this rural part of Oahu. Surrounded by forest, your residence here is, if not next to, then just a stone's throw away from trails that attract hikers on a daily basis. If your desire is to live enclosed within the peaceful embrace of nature, Launani Valley is the place to be.

Secondly, it's more of a collection of small neighborhoods than one whole. In fact, there are six distinct communities to the real estate in Launani Valley. Let's take a look at each:

RIDGE
Built in 1992, this condo community is made up of 14 3-story buildings. Units are divided into 6 different floor plans - 2BR/1BA (703 or 782 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (813 or 833 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (875 or 895 sq ft)

GARDENS
Also dating from 1992, The Gardens are a sister property to The Ridge. 238 condos are contained in the 17 buildings that make up the complex. The relationship to the Ridge extends to the floor plans, which are the same - 2BR/1BA (703 or 782 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (813 or 833 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (875 or 895 sq ft).

TERRACES
This community was built in 2 different phases, one in 1995, the other in 2000. It's also divided between 1 story (2BR) and 2 story (3BR) units, making it a mix of townhomes and condos. These are extremely roomy residences and all have lanais of over 110 sq ft to them.
Including lanais, the layouts come as 2BR/2BA (1,182 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (1,238 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (1,392 sq ft).
A special touch of the 3BRs are the 26' ceilings in the living areas, creating the feel of a grand space right in your home.

STREAMSIDE
Added in 1996, it's named for Waikakalaua Stream that runs just steps away from it, these condos have layouts of 2BR/1BA (724 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (797 or 833 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (925 sq ft). This is the smallest of the communities in the valley, with just 6 3-Story buildings and 84 residences in all. That also makes it the quietest place to live here.

WOODCREEK
Woodcreek is where you'll find actual houses, with both duplexes and detached single-family homes spread throughout. Every residence has either 3 or 4 bedrooms, making them the right option for larger families.

The dimensions make them even more enticing if you need some elbow room. Some of the typical layouts include 3BR/2.5BA/Duplex (1,167 sq ft), 3BR/2.5BA/Single Family (1,326 sq ft) and 4BR/2.5BA/Single Family (1,326 or 1,658 sq ft).

Lanais come with every model, usually adding another 124 to 140 more square footage to those totals. You'll love coming outside to sit & listen to the sounds of nature in the cool of the evening.
