About Waialae Gardens
Like other residences in Waialae Nui Valley, the Waialae Gardens condos were part of the mid-1960's development that first built homes back here. They reflect that era, with their 2 story heights that keep the sights of the neighboring hills and blue skies unobstructed.

The one anomaly is a 6 story tower, set back against the hills. It holds all the 624 sq ft 1BR units. These residences also have 88 sq ft of lanai and views from the highest floors that extend to Diamond Head and the Pacific swells rolling to the south.

The remaining 31 original buildings contain the 2BR and 3BR townhomes that respectively measure 1,035 and 1,010 sq ft in their interior as well as having private courtyards.

Though set back in the valley, you're still close enough to stroll to Kahala Mall or get on H1 for fast commuting and trips all over Honolulu. Believe us, you'll appreciate getting home a little quicker when you live in a place like this.
