About Barclay
From overhead the Barclay building looks like a shallow staircase turned on its side. That design has a purpose, creating greater viewing angles as opposed to the usual flat, square design you see in these structures.

That pattern lets residents fully enjoy the sights of the lights of Honolulu, the Koolau Mountains, Diamond Head and the waves rolling on the Pacific Ocean.

Barclay condos are all one of three different floor plans - 2BR/1BA (713 sq ft) and 2BR/2BA (836 or 852 sq ft). For the kids, Queen Kaahumanu Elementary and McKinley High School are both near enough to have the kids walk to them each day.
