About Capitol Place
The Capitol Place Honolulu condo isn't always included in the list of top luxury condos in Honolulu. The only reason we can think of why is that Downtown just doesn't have the same automatic name status as Kakaako or Waikiki. Luxury condo shoppers are making a big mistake if they don't take a good look at this residence.

It starts with the amenities. They don't just have the expected upscale features, they take them to a higher level. The don't just have a movie theater, complete with popcorn machine, they've also added plush reclining leather seats for your guests to lounge in comfortably. A touch that'll make you a very popular host.

In the fitness center you'll find the always popular treadmills, each with its own personal lcd tv screen. The music rooms are soundproof, one of them with a baby grand piano awaiting you, to play or maybe to finally learn as you always wanted.

Your lobby could almost be out of a hotel, with its granite floors, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and modern designer look. That feeling continues inside the dark, fine wood paneled elevators that take you to your home, where you look out on the city, the green mountains and the vast ocean. Being in the midst of those city lights has a way of smoothing the stress from even the most tiring of days.

The location works to your advantage as well, with Safeway & Long's sitting just across the street. Quick errands are a breeze. Those ono restaurants in Chinatown are now a short stroll from your home, along with fun events like the First Friday.

If you're going somewhere that requires a car ride, you're right on the Pali and getting onto H1 is simple from here. Work downtown? You've just cut your commute down to a few minutes. Imagine telling that to your coworkers from Aiea or Hawaii Kai. Living in a  Capitol Place condo gives you something very rare: Time. The hours you once spent in traffic each and every day are now yours to spend relaxing at home or doing whatever you choose. Some might call that the greatest luxury of all.
