A short walk to the beach, bus stops, shopping and dining, there are also 27 commercial units that are adjacent to the building, including a post office, bank and small supermarket. The parking garage is adjacent to the building as well and requires a keycard for entry. Units come with access to the garage, but parking is unassigned.
